Actually its one of the 'pictures' in Canadian photographer Lisa J. Murphy's book called "Tactile Mind". Murphy realized there was a void in the market for sensual tactile graphics for adults while volunteering at the Canadian National Institute for the Blind. The images are made from thera-form plastic, the same material that braille is made from.
Murphy's bold foray into the world of 'sensual art for the visually impaired' has gotten mixed reviews from the blind community (as the CNN video points out)...With most of the 'models' wearing anything from paper bags to elephant masks on their heads the book makes me think more of my childhood collection of stuffed animals than porn...
